LOS ANGELES, April 12, 2018 (Newswire.com) - Canete Medina Consulting Group Inc. (CMCGI), an Illinois-based firm which has worked with prominent companies in the public, nonprofit, and private sectors for more than 20 years, is proud to announce the opening of an office that will serve clients in Southern California.
Headquartered in Evanston, Illinois, CMCGI has offices in Chicago, London, and Manila. The new Los Angeles office, located at 11400 West Olympic Boulevard, Suite 200, Los Angeles, CA 90064, will continue the company's expansion nationally.
Leading our new West Coast operation is Eduardo Serafin, who joins us as Senior Transportation Engineer and Planner. We are pleased to have Eduardo on board and look forward to working with him in expanding our practice into the Southern California market.

Mr. Serafin has over 30 years of professional traffic/transportation experience, covering planning, policy, environmental impact analysis, preliminary design, engineering operations, multi-modal transportation planning, and capital improvement program (CIP) projects. Currently, he serves as the technical program manager for the transportation professional development and training center at a premier public research university in California. In this role, he spearheads the development of new training programs and technical assistance programs to address the dynamic needs of the state's professional community in transportation engineering and planning.
As a transportation professional, Eduardo strives to champion complete streets policies, integrated land use and transportation planning, transit-oriented development, environmentally sensitive land development, transportation demand management, and the ethical practice of professional transportation engineering and planning.
