We just all really wanted ‘Beta’ to be included somewhere in the name, and it came to us rather early in the process.”

So where did Vitamin Boat go from there?
“From there, we wanted to have action in the product name; something that it does and that would resonate with our customers. This part easily took the longest, as all sorts of ideas were put on the table. Some were good, and others we all enjoy a good chuckle about today. But that’s the creative process, of course; anything was fair game while we were brainstorming.”
“The ‘Flo’ part sort of came to all of us at about the same time. As we were discussing how it helps with the ‘flow’ of urine, etc., the lightbulb sort of turned on for all of us at the same time. It was one of our consultants -- Christopher Harvey -- who thought to drop the ‘W’ at the end, and we all went for it.”
Melanie continues, “Naming the product is definitely one of the fun stages of production. Now, we’re super excited to see what our customers are saying about it. The first wave of customer feedback is expected any day now, and more so than any other product, we’re expecting rave reviews.”
