Michaël's carrier flourished after being 3 Star Michelin Restaurant Peter Goossens's right-hand man for 8 years, since then he has gone on to recently open his own Micheline Star nominated restaurant, his own cooking TV series, cooking for the king of Belgium and a "four hand-dinner"s with 2 Michelin Star San Hoon Degeimbre in his restaurant L'air du Temps and other world renound chefs.
Michael's his dishes are orginal, creative and complex yet simple at the same time. His cooking motto 'less is more' and his respect for seasonal ingridients has brought him great aclaim in Europe. "I'm really looking forward to my visit in Bali where I will discover the local flavours and culinary traditions that are new for me" said Michaël Vrijmoed.
