Atlantic Coast Events Refreshed After Mexico Retreat

The Atlantic Coast Events' team recently returned from their rest and relaxation retreat. This annual trip, organized by the firm's corporate office, was held in Cancun, Mexico. The team returned refreshed and ready for 2015.

“It was a wonderful experience for all of us,” said Lauren, Atlantic Coast Events’ director of operations. “We all had a terrific time enjoying the tropical weather, the beach, and a lot of fun activities. Best of all, we had a chance to create memories as a team. We’re all closer now due to this experience.”

While the retreat was a reward for hard work, Lauren noted that there was a professional development aspect as well. “We had the opportunity to meet with many of the interactive marketing industry leaders,” she said. “There were representatives from other regions as well. It was great to get to know them and share details about the various campaigns we’ve operated. We learned what is working well in other regions. These are the types of ideas we can bring back to our company and implement to help promote the brands we represent.”

Lauren added that this was not the only trip the team will be taking this year. “We have other conferences and training events which our team will be attending,” she said. “Many of these will have a more educational component than this retreat. Our team looks forward to gaining new insights on what makes our form of advertising so successful.”

According to Lauren, Atlantic Coast Events plans to build on the growth shown during 2014. “We have been working diligently to help the brands we represent expand into new markets,” she said. “We look forward to continued success in 2015.”
