Asia Tour Advisor Launch Three New Halong Bay Boat Trips

The UNESCO World Heritage Site of Halong bay is always an extremely popular destination for holiday makers seeking out, that extra special place for their vacation.

Asia Tour Advisor (ATA) have just added three exciting new tours to the ever expanding portfolio. The trips over 4, 5, or 6 days are well planned and delightfully well executed.

All tours start as usual from the Country's capital city, Hanoi. All three offer luxury travel on their wide range of cruise vessels and all three take in interesting aspects of this wonderful member of the 'Seven Wonders of Nature" club. We all know by now that this is an extraordinary part of the world. The 2000 islands spread over 600 square miles in the North east of Vietnam, sit among tranquil waters making for an exceptionally scenic setting.

Over the years boat trips have grown in number and were operating well until two accidents one in 2011 and one in 2012. These claimed the lives of 17 people and the Vietnamese government immediately stepped in. Experts were brought in to increase safety and the bogus and disreputable boat operators were forced out of business. it is now not only a beautiful place for a vacation, but a safe one as well.

The tours take in the majesty and scenic wonder whilst at the same time affording the cruise traveler to enjoy some of the points of interest that are dotted around the bay. Having been collected from their hotel in Hanoi, tourists are taken by road to Halong city. The four hour journey travels through scenic countryside as it makes its way, through rice paddies and farms to the city at the edge of the bay.

The standard of luxury on these craft is exceptional. They are more like floating hotels than boats and the styles; Junk, sampan and riverboat cruiser, lend themselves beautifully for a romantic cruise amongst the limestone Karst formations that litter Halong bay. Vietnam is rightly proud of this amazing biosphere. It has received so many accolades in recent years, they are running out of things to say about it.

Mr Tran Truong CEO of Asia Tour Advisor speaking recently said, "We are so proud to offer these three extra trips. The standard of care and hospitality is second to none. The staff are hand picked and highly trained, they could work in any 5 star hotel anywhere."

It seems that the area is likely to remain a highlight for anyone visiting Vietnam for many years to come. Vietnam has arrived on the travel scene in a big way now. What was once seen as a quirky destination, to visit and impress your friends, is now as deserving of a spot among the world's top travel countries as any.
