Aerotel Presents New Personal Mobile Health Solutions at Medica 2011

Aerotel Medical Systems unveils the latest version of Mobile-CliniQ application for Android platform together with other remote monitoring solutions.

Aerotel Medical Systems, a leading global supplier of advanced remote monitoring solutions for telehealth and telecare, presents a variety of remote monitoring and personal mobile health (mHealth) solutions at Medica 2011.

Aerotel unveils the latest version of its Mobile-CliniQ application for Android platform, which can transform any Android-based smartphone, PC or Tablet into a personal telehealth hub, seamlessly transmitting personal vital signs to a remote monitoring center. Mobile-CliniQ extends the company's successful e-CliniQ product line for disease management and chronic patient monitoring.

Aerotel also presents its innovative GeoSkeeper, a personal wireless GPS location and tracking device in Hall 9, Stand C01 at the Medica trade fair, in Dusseldorf, Germany.

GeoSkeeper offers a new level of safety beyond existing PERS (Personal Emergency Response System) and traditional social alarm systems. The GeoSkeeper is expected to soon receive the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Certification, paving the way for further strengthening o Aerotel's position in the lucrative U.S. market.

In a newly designed booth at Medica, Aerotel also showcases the Connect-CELL telehealth homecare hub, which was recently awarded the prestigious gold Value Chain Award in the home health category by Connected World magazine. The Connect-CELL hub is part of Aerotel's e-CliniQ system, whose proven clinical and economical benefits make it one of the most cost-effective home telehealth solutions available today.
