ADHD Online Launches Prescription Medication Services
With ADHD Online, patients can now access prescription medication via the organization's team of ADHD specialists
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., September 24, 2020 (Newswire.com) - ADHD Online, LLC has announced an expansion of services to include prescription medication for the treatment of all subtypes of ADHD, including inattentive ADHD (previously known as ADD).
In November 2019, the Drug Enforcement Administration announced the development of a registration process, allowing physicians to prescribe ADHD medications to patients through online visits. This change has allowed ADHD Online to expand its offerings to include both the diagnosis and treatment of ADD/ADHD. Its multidisciplinary approach to ADHD will consist of multiple treatment options to fit each patient's needs. In addition to the growing medication management program, ADHD Online offers virtual counseling, form completion, cognitive behavioral therapy, neurofeedback, and many more treatment options.
“Because ADHD is all we do, our highly specialized experts are well-positioned to treat some of the more complex cases of ADHD, including those patients who have failed multiple treatment options or are seeking a second opinion,” said Zachariah Booker, co-founder of ADHD Online.
Multiple treatment options exist and are tailored to meet each patient’s individual needs. “Our multidisciplinary approach is to partner with patients to develop a comprehensive treatment plan that is both safe and effective,” said Randall Duthler, M.D., co-founder of ADHD Online.
ADHD Online’s Comprehensive Care Program is currently available to patients in Texas and Pennsylvania and is slated to be offered in all 50 states in the next six to nine months.

ADHD Online Background
In September of 2018, ADHD Online launched a proprietary, asynchronous e-visit platform in a mission to offer a high-quality ADHD assessment by a licensed doctor of psychology to patients of all backgrounds and resources. By leveraging technology, ADHD Online’s network of 65 professional psychologists was able to reduce wait times from months to days and out-of-pocket costs for uninsured patients from up to $2,500 to just $149. Since its inception, ADHD Online has assessed thousands of adult and pediatric patients for ADHD in all 50 states. Most insurance plans include ADHD assessments as a covered benefit and reimburse patients for part or all of the assessment fee.
