Abele Builders Looks Toward the Future
Clifton Park, New York, October 1, 2015 (Newswire.com) - Abele Builders, a longtime real estate development company in the Capital Region, announces their plans for company expansion. Abele Builders, which is comprised of a residential and commercial division—and managed by brothers Chris and Ed Abele—are undergoing major personnel changes in preparation of future growth.
Daniel Lill, graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) and employee for over 10 years, will be promoted from Project Manager to Director of Operations. John Delano, longtime employee, will act as the Site Manager for all Abele Builders projects. In addition, Kristina Vivian, former Assistant Controller for the Saratoga YMCA has joined the company as Assistant Controller. Maureen Abele, who holds a B.S. in Business Marketing from Le Moyne College, will be responsible for all marketing plans and Joe Abele, graduate of Pace University in New York City, will be working in the commercial division, handling leasing and tenant relationships. Heidi Harkins will be consulting for Abele Limited Partnership for the business and strategic growth planning.
“We’re excited for this new chapter,” says Chris Abele, president of Abele Builders. “My brother and I have worked hard to establish the foundation for the company, and now we’re looking to continue the tradition by promoting from within and bringing young blood into the company.”
It is envisioned that this next phase of growth will allow Chris and Ed Abele to become more involved with the strategic growth planning of the company. Future projects include the development of Betts Farm in Halfmoon and The Village Plaza, located on the corner of Route 9 and Route 146 in Clifton Park.
