The new integration means that the millions of companies currently relying on Salesforce as their CRM can now automatically see their Good Influence-generated customer referrals entered in Salesforce as leads. Information regarding the referral source will be appended to the lead’s record for easier closed-loop reporting. The progress of each referred lead can be tracked accurately through conversion so sales teams can determine how long the sales cycle is for their referred leads.

In terms of reporting, customers who refer leads will have access to a personal results page to track their referrals – a particularly helpful and engaging feature if there’s a reward offered. Sales teams also have access to custom leaderboards to encourage healthy competition among teams.
