Taipei City, Taiwan, May 26, 2017 (Newswire.com) - Yungching Realty Group announced a new partnership with iStaging to be the first real estate agency in the world to use MR (mixed reality) technology. Leveraging the advantages of both virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR), an entirely new “MR Smart Living” sensory experience is created, allowing consumers to lean into the future with the best of what the virtual and realistic worlds offer.

According to Dr. Lu from the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology’s Department of Information Management, the combination of MR technology and lifestyle innovations is redefining the real estate industry. The partnership between the Yungching Realty Group and iStaging is spearheading this disruption. While MR is technically the most challenging, it also delivers the best experience for consumers. A demo of the MR Smart Living service was on display at the press conference announcing the deal between the Yungching Realty Group and iStaging. With Fujin Street, otherwise known as “little Europe,” in Taipei as the showcase, viewers were taken on a stroll along trendy restaurants, schools, local markets, and properties for sale with information of each venue and of the surrounding neighborhood shown in MR glasses.
Previously, iStaging signed a deal with IMAR, an urban planning consultancy based in Saudi Arabia, to promote visualization technologies for the real estate industry. The partnership with the Yungching Realty Group is another milestone for iStaging, which was selected as a Top 21 company by the Asia Silicon Valley Development Agency (ASVDA). Lee expressed his excitement and confidence that the MR Smart Living service will serve as a model for the rollout of MR around the world.
