Yobi Acquires Lodestone Data Technologies, Inc.
LAS VEGAS, November 18, 2019 (Newswire.com) - Silver State Software, Inc. (dba Yobi), based in Las Vegas, NV, today announced that it has purchased Lodestone Data Technologies, Inc. The transaction was completed on Nov. 4, 2019. The terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.
Lodestone Data Technologies developed the most sophisticated RFID-based plant tracking and compliance solutions for the commercial cannabis cultivation market. Data from customer harvests of 50,000 plants have demonstrated a 75% reduction in labor costs over existing workflows.
