The Yardley Inn Restaurant & Bar in Bucks County, PA, is hosting a Sly Fox Beer Dinner on March 22, 2012. Reservations are still available for this fun event.

YARDLEY, PA - As the weather gets warmer, the event schedule kicks into full swing at the Yardley Inn. The inn hosts a number of themed beer, wine, and spirits dinners throughout the year, with the next one in line featuring Sly Fox Brewing Company. The Sly Fox Beer Dinner begins at 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 22, 2012. At this fun social event, guests will enjoy premium beers cleverly paired with five savory courses of cuisine by Yardley Inn Executive Chef Eben Copple.

Sly Fox Brewing Company offers a full-scale brewery and two pubs, one in Pottstown and the other in Phoenixville, with a fine selection of beers covering just about the entire spectrum, from ales and stouts to pilsners, lagers, and more. The Giannopoulos family founded Sly Fox Brewing Company in 1995, and the brewery has produced more than 100 different types of beer since its inception.

Together, the beers from Sly Fox and the creative palate of Chef Eben create an evening of unforgettable food, drink, and social satisfaction. A few weeks prior to the beer dinner, Chef Eben has his own private tasting of the brews to familiarize himself with the flavors so he can conceive of just the right courses to pair with each brew.
