Warns Named Vice President, Sales, for Industramark™, a Standard Register business unit

Industramark, a Standard Register business unit, today announced that David Warns has been named vice president, Sales, focused on developing the people and processes in the sales force to create top-line growth in core product and new product sales.

DAYTON, Ohio - Industramark™, a Standard Register (NYSE:SR) business unit, today announced that David Warns has been named vice president, Sales. In this role, he will focus on developing the people and processes in the sales force in order to achieve even greater rates of top-line growth in both core product and new product sales.

"Dave has an outstanding background of success in sales leadership and brings world-class experience in areas that are critical to our ongoing growth," said Tom Furey, president, Industramark. "I believe that he will help drive our sales organization to even higher levels of achievement."

Warns comes to Industramark from AutoZone, where he served as a zone sales leader covering the Midwest and Pacific Northwest for the company's commercial (B-to-B) business. Prior to that, he spent more than 13 years in various sales leadership and general management roles with Cintas. He began his professional career serving as an officer in the U.S. Army.

He holds an undergraduate degree from West Point and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard.

Warns, his wife and two children are currently relocating to the Dayton area.
