Vida Verde Clinics to Light Up the Roll-Out of C-45 With Inaugural Smoke Years Eve Countdown - Featuring Binghi Drummers and Chanters, Vegan, Ital and Caribbean Fare and Sacrament

TORONTO, October 16, 2018 (Newswire.com) - Vida Verde Clinics Director of Clinic Relations Jess Gibbons today announced his company's active support as lead sponsor for the world's first Smoke Years Eve Celebration to be hosted at Toronto, Canada's Home Smith Park on Oct. 16, 2018, starting at sunset. Gold Sponsor Vida Verde will be joined by partner sponsors Cannbridge Medical, CBD Dreams and Medital Health Canada.

The ground-breaking event will start up with opening remarks by Mr. Gibbons and Rastafarian leader Ras Xola, followed by uplifting performances by as many as three dozen Rastafarian Binghi drummers and chanters. Renowned emcee and music master Randolph will add to the flow throughout the evening, imparting musical knowledge with his original reggae musical stylings.

Vegan, Caribbean and Ital treats and non-alcoholic beverages will be available, along with a portion of complimentary sacrament for the first 100 adult attendees who sign Vida Verde's petition supporting the global legalization of sacramental cannabis use by self-proclaimed members of the Rastafarian faith.

Smoke Years Eve was conceived by This Way Up Events founders Lebert Veira and Davis Gravelsins to give respect to and raise up awareness of the crucial role played - and tremendous sacrifices made - by Canadian and Jamaican Rastafari including Ras Xola, Ras Iyah V and other prominent elders or "Ancients."
