Viaduct and PACCAR Sign Multi-Year Agreement to Enhance Vehicle Uptime and Optimize Cost of Quality via Machine Learning on Connected Truck Data
MENLO PARK, Calif., December 14, 2021 (Newswire.com) - Viaduct and PACCAR have signed a wide-ranging, multi-year agreement to leverage the latest advances in machine learning on connected data coming from Peterbilt and Kenworth trucks. This collaboration will integrate PACCAR's data pipelines with Viaduct's connected vehicle data and analytics platform to enhance vehicle uptime for PACCAR's customers, while optimizing cost of quality for PACCAR.
As part of this agreement, Viaduct will deploy its industry-leading connected vehicle data platform and Vehicle Profiles technology on PACCAR's telematics, diagnostics, and repair data pipelines in order to predict individual- and fleet-level vehicle health outcomes. PACCAR will leverage these insights in order to enhance vehicle uptime for PACCAR's customers, including via introduction of Smart Campaigns programs.
