Using Company Searches Made Simple to Find Shareholder Information

With the Fully Comprehensive Company Credit Report - £5.45

First you will need to check if the company has filed an annual return, this is because our Fully Comprehensive report only includes shareholder information if the company has filed an annual return.

Here's how to check if a company has filed an annual return:

1. Enter the company name from our homepage and select Search
2. On the results page, select View Details next to the correct company
3. A list of document names will load on the following page - if you can see Annual Return in the list, the company has filed an annual return (don't worry if it hasn't - we can still find the information for you)

Now we know that the company has filed an annual return, you just need to purchase the Fully Comprehensive report. To do this, simply scroll up from the list of documents and select Add to Basket in the Fully Comprehensive Box - then complete the payment process.

Once purchased, open the report. You will find the shareholder information under the shareholders tab.

With a Company Document (use this method if the company has not filed an annual return) - £2.50

Search for the company from our homepage, select View Details next to the correct company name and then wait for the list of documents to load on the following page. At the bottom of the list you will find a document named New Incorporation documents. Select Add to Basket next to this - then complete the payment process.

Once purchased, open the document. You will find the shareholder information on the Initial Shareholdings page.

If the company has filed an annual return, you can also find shareholder information by purchasing the annual return document. Once purchased, the shareholder information can be found on Full Details of Shareholders page.
