DUBLIN, CA - University of Maryland University College (UMUC), as part of an ongoing effort to enhance the student experience, has selected Clicktools by CallidusCloud to receive feedback, analyze and share data, and uncover hidden insights that will allow the university to enhance its services.

Having a feedback platform integrated with its CRM platform will allow UMUC to gain a better understanding of student satisfaction, helping to increase student retention rates by identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
