Ultria CLM has developed robust new capabilities to track down contracts with non-GDPR compliant language. Its AI-based clause identification feature will enable customers to find the contracts with missing GDPR-specific clauses. This information, presented via actionable reports and dashboards, will allow customers to easily change the contract language and add relevant clauses, as appropriate.
Ultria CLM also offers a clause library wherein customers will be able to make GDPR-specific clauses mandatory for all contracts of or involving the EU region.
