U.S. Air Force Digital Transformation Office Seeks Small Business Solutions to Provide Novel Ways of Increasing Productivity and Collaboration in Remote Settings

Catalyst Accelerator Ogden (Accelerator), in coordination with the U.S. Air Force and Digital Transformation Office (DTO), seeks technologies for its three-month Accelerator that will focus on improving the USAF's remote worker's collaboration and production capabilities.

Small businesses from every industry are encouraged to apply to pitch their technology to the U.S. Air Force if they have a technology solution to increase productivity and securely process sensitive information and data between remote workers. Eight companies will be selected to refine their pitch and technology for possible implementation into the Air Force through a fully funded accelerator program hosted by Catalyst Campus in Ogden, Utah. This is an impactful opportunity for small businesses to directly engage with DoD subject matter experts in a workshop setting.

Catalyst Accelerator Ogden (Accelerator), in coordination with the U.S. Air Force and Digital Transformation Office (DTO), seeks technologies for its three-month Accelerator that will focus on improving the USAF's remote worker's collaboration and production capabilities.

The challenge statement for this Accelerator is:

How might emerging technologies increase productivity and improve the experience of employees and managers across differing types of work centers, in a secure manner, for geographically separated teams and remote work?

These innovative technology solutions will streamline remote and hybrid work environments and integrate geographically separated teams. Potential technology topics of interest include Generative AI, Metaverse, AR/VR, Automation, Real-time collaboration tools, Productivity Visualization or metrics, Cyber Security, and Employee engagement. The goal of this Accelerator is to explore technology that can accelerate and automate processes while increasing productivity and employee satisfaction.

The Accelerator cohort launches on September 18, 2023. Cohort companies will participate in the Accelerator, drawing on expertise from military, industry, and commercial experts. Participant companies will make crucial connections within Government and Industry that enable them to promote their technology and understand stakeholder needs. The Accelerator culminates in a Demonstration Day event attended by the government and industry on January 25, 2024, in Ogden, Utah.

The Live Ask Me Anything (AMA) event for this Accelerator is August 10, 2023, at 10 a.m. MT. The recording will be released for review following the event. You can register for the AMA by visiting: https://us06web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_8nFxTJMnT8S5HA4EA1864Q
