TSB Sports Podcasts Starts Selling Tim Tebow Apparel To Raise Money For The Tim Tebow Foundation

TSB Sports Podcasts has started designing and selling Tim Tebow apparel through their store at tsb-tees.spreadshirt.com, sporting the colors of his Denver Broncos. All profits from the campaign will be donated to the Tim Tebow Foundation.

TSB (The Sports Bar), a company producing sports podcasts from the fan's perspective located at tsbsports.net, has debated the Denver Broncos starting quarterback, Tim Tebow, every week since he stepped on the field. Much like Skip Bayless of ESPN's First Take, Rollin Yeatts has been the lone wolf in his support of Tebow as an NFL quarterback, taking heat from Adam Cavallini and Allen Miller on a weekly basis. They may never come to an accord on the subject of his gridiron performance, but they all believe in Tim Tebow - the man. This is why TSB, in their search for trustworthy charities, has chosen to help support the Tim Tebow Foundation. By designing and selling Tim Tebow apparel through their store at tsb-tees.spreadshirt.com, TSB hopes they can also help make a difference. The profits from each shirt will be given to the Tim Tebow Foundation, in an effort to contribute to this benevolent organization.

As a quarterback, Tim Tebow has always been questioned - from high school, to college, and more so than ever, in the NFL. One thing that never waivers and everyone can come to an agreement upon, is Tim Tebow as a person. Sure, some may find his praise of the Lord overwhelming and intrusive. They may not like his politician-style answers in interviews. But what he is, inside, is a man among boys. Few people take the time and money to share their blessings with less fortunate people around the world. Even fewer create their own organizations from the ground up. And even fewer do this while competing in collegiate sports. Enter the Tim Tebow Foundation.

The Tim Tebow Foundation was first envisioned when he was attending the University of Florida. Unfortunately, NCAA regulations for athletes prohibited him from doing this. Instead, Tim got together with fellow UF students to create First and 15 under the auspices of the Office of Student Government. From Uncle Dick's Orphanage in the Philippines, to Shands Hospital pediatric center in Gainesville, FL, First and 15 raised funds to bring a better life to those in need. "Tim has made community service and commitment to serving others a cool thing among his peers. He has changed the way kids his age look at helping others..." said his former Head Coach at UF, Urban Meyer.

Finished with his collegiate career, Tebow launched the Tim Tebow Foundation in January of 2010. This organization was formed under the same core values: truth, nobility, just, purity, good report, virtue, praise, and love. Those wishing to donate can find comfort in knowing the Tim Tebow Foundation only partners with organizations that share those same values. As quoted from TimTebowFoundation.org, "Unlike many other organizations, we pride ourselves in keeping our overhead costs as low as possible that way virtually every penny, of every dollar donated reaches the people that truly need it most." That is something all that wish to donate can find comfort in.

"We've been searching for charities to work with since TSB's conception. My hope was to find one I had complete faith in and was somehow connected to sports. As soon as the idea popped in my head, I knew there would be no better fit than the Tim Tebow Foundation. If there's anyone I could trust, without ever speaking to, it would be Timmy T - and maybe Jesus," jokingly said Rollin Yeatts, founder, producer, and host of TSB Sports Podcasts. "Unfortunately, we have yet to make revenue from our podcast, but we still wanted to contribute while trying to find our own steady ground. And with our t-shirt sales and the path Tim Tebow has laid out, steady ground is something I hope we can also give to children around the world." For now, in an effort to keep prices low, only $1 per item of Tebow apparel is commissioned to TSB and, in turn, donated to TTF. "We're hoping sales jump up and/or we find someone to help us produce these shirts in bulk. Since they are printed on-demand, through spreadshirt.com, profits are much smaller than they could be." In closing, Rollin said with a smile, "Our show may be considered insensitive or brash at times, but it's simply for the sake of entertainment. All three of us are really good, caring people - not Tebow good - but good, nonetheless. And as we say, 'if you aren't laughing, you aren't living'."

Those that are fans of Tim Tebow and would like to support his foundation, can visit tsb-tees.spreadshirt.com to get their own Tebow apparel and make a donation at the same time. For those that aren't fans of Tim Tebow and the Denver Broncos, wish to make a larger donation, or just want to find out more about his organization, visit TimTebowFoundation.org. It should also be noted that the Tim Tebow Foundation and TSB are currently not affiliated. TSB is simply raising funds to contribute to the organization.
