“We urge our associates to find causes they support and spend time volunteering,” said Samual. Some associates participate in tutoring for both adults and high school kids, helping them achieve dreams such as getting into college or the skills to find new jobs. Others work with the elderly, helping them arrange medical transportation and figure out how to handle hospital and insurance systems. Another favorite is volunteering with those who have special needs to take them along for fun events such as bowling and visiting the zoo.
