Ms. Cerato is an innovative and entrepreneurial travel marketing professional who brings to the organization over 25 years of widely varied travel industry experience.
She was the Director of Marketing for Crown Travel Group where she was named one of the "Most Powerful Women in Travel" for leading the travel agency consortium into the national spotlight with her innovative marketing & sales programs. Under her marketing leadership, Crown became one of the premier organizations in the industry before being acquired by Vacation.com®. She created an industry first Crown Tahiti Tiare program with a destination, travel agencies, preferred suppliers and Modern Bride Magazine sending honeymoon couples to the Islands. She also has been a travel agent and worked at America West Airlines (now US Airways).

Rose will be working with many travel suppliers in Mexico and the Caribbean region to help them grow their inbound visitors.
