According to Matt, there are several benefits associated with so much business travel. He stated that it helps the team members build relationships outside the office. To paraphrase Dave Ramsey, I’m living now the way most people don’t, so that later I can live the way most people don’t. Furthermore, there’s a phrase spoken by Abraham Lincoln that really inspires me. He said, ‘Example is not the main thing in influencing other people; it’s the only thing.’”
Rachel is now working toward fulfilling her goals for 2015, which are to satisfy her expansion plans for the firm, to be voted rookie manager of the year, and to make some promotions. She has some personal aspirations as well, such as traveling with her family to Europe for the next holiday season.
