Thrive Events, Inc.’s Regional Manager Shares Highlights from Recent Retreat, Looks Forward to Regional Conference

One of the ways in which  the leaders at Thrive Events, Inc. invest in the success of their people is by providing travel opportunities that encourage personal and professional growth along with team cohesion. Early in January, four hand-selected individuals had the chance to attend an all-expenses paid retreat to Cancun. Alyssa, Herb, Lindie, and Sarah all went with the President for the luxurious weekend. “These high achievers were chosen based on their professional goals, work ethic, dedication to the team, and enthusiasm for expanding into new markets,” she explained. Not only did they enjoy some well-deserved rest and relaxation, but a prestigious awards ceremony was held to celebrate the achievements of those in attendance.

In early February, more individuals from the firm will be chosen to attend a quarterly national conference. They will have the chance to learn at educational seminars, network with top business professionals, and share best practice strategies. “The ability to absorb knowledge from top performers all across North America is an incredible opportunity - one that I’m glad I’ll have a chance to share with a few of our select associates,” she said.
