VIRGINIA BEACH, Va., September 20, 2017 (Newswire.com) - The Storage Acquisition Group would like to congratulate Bill Sitar Jr. Esq., TSAG affiliate agent based out of Iselin, New Jersey, for the sale of the Planet Self Storage portfolio. This fourteen facility portfolio, which covers over 635,000 square feet, is comprised of 6,272 self storage units. The portfolio includes facilities in Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts. Mr. Sitar worked closely with Monty Spencer, Director of The Storage Acquisition Group, a division of Mid Atlantic Commercial Realty, to acquire this impressive group of highly sought-after assets. The sale was finalized on Aug. 31, 2017.
