The SEFA Group Announces New VP of Human Resources

The SEFA Group announces today that Christina J. Trainor has joined the company as Vice President of Human Resources. Trainor will be responsible for leading Employee Development and Training, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation and Benefits.

"We are very excited to have Christina Trainor join our Executive Team," said Gregg Hendrix, CEO. "She will serve in a critical role to support our team of employees and plan for SEFA's future growth across all of our Business Units."

Prior to joining SEFA, Trainor has worked in large multinational manufacturing companies, including Prysmian Group and Milliken. She managed HR at Prysmian Group North America for their commercial teams and has experience managing HR for multiple countries and implementing global recruiting programs. In addition to managing Compensation, People Development, and Talent Acquisition, she has led Diversity and Inclusion programs. Trainor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Lander University in Greenwood, South Carolina.
