The New Blood Film Company Decides Not To Seek Damages From Former Typhoeus Actress.

Executives agree to display goodwill toward the disgruntled actress of Typhoeus.

Fort Walton Beach, FL,- Today the Board of Director of The New Blood Films Company has announced that after a month long debate, the board has agreed they will not be proceeding in seeking damages from Joelle Bowling, the former lead actress in the up and coming thriller 'Typhoeus' movie.

Ms. Bowling, 20, walked out on the film on August 16th and announced the following day that she had dropped out of the movie, due to a conflict of interest with the Director and the Producer of the film. This forced The New Blood Films Company wrap the project early and return to their home state of Florida to begin the recasting process for the lead female role.

The Board of Directors considered filing to seek damages for the cost of recasting and relocating while the project is on hold. But, the board has decided against those actions and will begin pre-productions in December.

"Miss Bowling actions has cost this company a hefty sum of money, as well as irreplaceable time," said Angel Bruckheimer, Member of the Board and Executive Producer of The New Blood Films Company. "But, we feel that seeking damages is not the appropriate actions to take."

"I'm not a huge fan of trying punishment... I think there are better solutions than chasing people for money just because they make you angry," said Alan Russo, Chairman and CEO of The New Blood Films Company. "It is obvious that Miss Bowling left on unfriendly terms, but there is no reason to make the situation worse with a lawsuit."
