Announcing the launch of a new healthcare subsidiary called Caris Health.

This change will streamline the products and offerings under one healthcare umbrella now known as Caris Health. The new brand and division unites the current Care Management, Revenue Cycle Management, and Data Analysis Services. This will enable their clients to clearly realize the extensive products that are offered. The ability to partner with payor and provider clients to deliver the most attentive, efficient service possible is Caris Health's primary mission.
Before today, there were three different websites: www.saisystems.com, www.saicleone.com and www.intricare.saisystems.com which showcased their health products and services. They have now merged the intriCare and SaicleOne websites into one – creating www.carishealth.com. The new Caris Health website is dedicated to showcasing the breadth and depth of their healthcare service offerings.
In an industry, where Health Plans are becoming technology companies, Hospitals are becoming Payors, and Providers are forming ACOs, Caris Health is illuminating their services to demonstrate how they fill a need within the Healthcare Domain.
