'The Great American Party' on the Strip at Rock & Rita's in Circus Circus

Online, April 6, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Party bar Rock & Ritas brings the "Great American Party" to Circus Circus this June, a new bar, restaurant and entertainment hot spot. At 14,000 sq. ft, this spacious rock-inspired venue on the strip will feature flair bartending, live music and festive signature menu selections.

At Rock & Rita's, flair bartending will be the featured attraction as drinks and bottles are tossed, juggled, spun, balanced and poured by some of the best professionals in the business. A style of American bartending credited to the legendary Jerry "The Professor" Thomas, who first poured flaming Scotch from a mug while mixing a Blue Blazer cocktail, flair bartending is synonymous with over-the-top showmanship. Rock & Rita's will showcase flair competition winners from around the world at bartending stations equipped with stage controls for both impromptu and scheduled shows.
