Popular Breakfast All-Day Restaurant Invites Customers to Enjoy the Award-Winning Grits

The southern-inspired restaurant is featuring its signature dishes that highlight the white cheddar grits, including the Breakfast Bowl, Tilapia and Grits, Shrimp and Grits and the Famous Flying Biscuit Breakfast with Grits throughout the month of April.

During the month-long celebration, The Flying Biscuit Café invites customers to enjoy one of the restaurant’s many dishes that features the famous creamy, dreamy white cheddar grits.

  • Breakfast Bowl – features two oven-fried green tomatoes, crisp turkey bacon and two over medium eggs served atop a bowl of grits and topped with a warm homemade red salsa
  • Tilapia and Grits – blackened tilapia served over white cheddar grits, topped with a homemade spicy, fresh herb marinara sauce and garnished with spicy Southern collard greens
  • Shrimp and Grits – creamy dreamy white cheddar grits topped with blackened shrimp and roasted red pepper tomato sauce
  • Famous Flying Biscuit Breakfast – includes two eggs served with the Flying Biscuit Café’s signature chicken breakfast sausage and a side of creamy dreamy grits
