The Deputy Consul General of Israel Presents an "Israel Update"

The Deputy Consul General of Israel, Sharon Kabalo, is coming to Temple Beth Tikvah in Roswell, GA to present an Israel Update on Thursday, March 18 at 7:30 p.m.

ROSWELL, GA - March 16, 2010 - Deputy Consul General Sharon Kabalo, a native of Jerusalem, will be giving an "Israel Update" based on recent events on Thursday, March 18 at 7:30 pm. Ms. Kabalo has been a part of Israel's Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the last ten years, stationed both in Israel and abroad, assisting Israelis in high risk situations abroad, and later serving as the Ministry's Coordinator of Academic Affairs.

Kabalo, who was appointed to the Atlanta-based Consulate General of Israel to the Southeast in August, 2008, also served as the Second Secretary to the Israeli mission in San Jose, Costa Rica. Ms. Kabalo studied at Hebrew University, where she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature & Linguistics, as well as a Master of Arts in Jewish Philosophy specializing in the research of mysticism.
