Based on market research and key inputs the team had incorporated many additional features like IT industry related news , Interview and CV buiding tips and articles , IT Job sector news and walk in interviews including job fares related to the Indian IT sector.
The registration process has also been streamlined and both employers and jobseekers needing less than a minute register and build thair basic profile.
Detailed reports for registered employers include complete access to the database of resumes ( already access to more than a lakh technology resumes)
complex resume search reports ,unlimited job postings ( which includes access to a system where by automated notification mails are sent across to all matching resumes in the database), Web 2.0 enabled widget for direct company to candidate and visa versa interaction, online interview and selection system ..and many other features
