Brian Leonard was the President of Excel Investigations LLC. for the past 10 years. Brian will now serve as the Vice President of Target Investigations & Security Inc. Mr. Leonard as been a professional private investigator for the past 15 years and served as the past Vice President of the New Jersey Licensed Private Investigators Association (NJLPIA). Mr. Leonard has a law enforcement background and a B.A. degree in Criminal Justice from Kean University.
