TantaComm Adopts Innovative Discretionary Time Off Policy for Employees

​TantaComm announced that it is introducing a new, industry-leading policy that will allow employees to take vacation and sick days as needed, instead of an accrued amount of paid time off days.

TantaComm announced that it is introducing a new, industry-leading policy that will allow employees to take vacation and sick days as needed, instead of an accrued amount of paid time off days based on length of employment or job title.

Adrian Urgena, Chief Customer Care Officer at TantaComm, favors the DTO model, “It’s part of a growing movement to place more focus on results and empowerment, not hours worked. The feedback from the employees has been that “they love it” and appreciate being freed of taking forced vacations in order not to lose vacation time.
