Strax Technologies Inc. Signs Merchandise License Agreement With Jerry Garcia Family Rights Holding LLC
Lenox, MA, July 13, 2016 (Newswire.com) - Strax Technologies Inc. is pleased to announce the signing of a three year global merchandise license agreement with the Jerry Garcia Family Rights Holding LLC. During this period Strax Technologies Inc. will collaborate with the Jerry Garcia Family to create and develop unique ways to shed a brighter light on Jerry Garcia as an accomplished visual artist. Strax will incorporate new and creative social media elements to enhance discovery and sales, host regular gallery events, and develop derivative art products. During the Jerry Garcia Symphonic Celebration featuring Warren Haynes at the Tanglewood Music Center, an introductory event featuring a personal retrospective of the art of Jerry Garcia was on display for fans, featuring pieces that have never before been seen by the public. Strax Technologies will be presenting new collections at select live experiences, spaces and online going forward, fulfilling the mission to make the art of Jerry Garcia accessible to millions of fans worldwide.
