Storage Guardian's New ConnectWise PSA Integration Lets MSPs Streamline Client Backup Performance and Status

Storage Guardian took full advantage of the ConnectWise PSA APIs and can now offer comprehensive backup session reporting that puts managed service providers (MSPs) in complete control of each client's backup status via their standard ConnectWise PSA ServiceBoard.
The solution is designed for use by MSPs that manage data backup for their clients, where it is not uncommon for an individual MSP to handle 250 unique backup sets every day - some have many more. Now, these MSPs will be automatically notified via their ConnectWise PSA ServiceBoard if any of their client backups did not execute properly, an approach that is much more efficient that the alternative: manually scanning reporting logs for errors.
