Stenograph Announces the Launch of APEX®, a Connected Workflow Solution for Court Reporters and Agencies
DOWNERS GROVE, Ill., December 14, 2021 (Newswire.com) - Stenograph, LLC has announced the launch of their new connected workflow solution, APEX. APEX connects all stakeholders in an intelligent ecosystem, simplifying how agencies and reporters manage scheduling, production, and distribution of the verbatim record.
Utilizing state-of-the-art cloud computing, Artificial Intelligence tools, and blockchain security, APEX helps agencies and reporters to become more productive and profitable.
APEX allows users to manage all aspects of a job, from scheduling to billing, and everything in between, including video synching, all from a single application. By using APEX, agencies can increase the capacity of their employees by saving time on administrative tasks, helping save up to 800 productive human hours per month, thus providing up to $450,000 in incremental revenue capacity a month.
"In a time when the demand for legal transcription is increasing and agencies are struggling to meet their calendars, it is important that we help all the stakeholders in transcript production become more efficient," said Anir Dutta, President of Stenograph. "By connecting court reporting agencies, individual service providers, and court reporters into a single interconnected ecosystem, we can create efficiencies which help fulfill the timely and accurate production and distribution of the verbatim record. Stenograph is proud that we can bring new technology to the market to help solve the problems that we are hearing about from both agencies and reporters, while helping our customers save time and make more money."
One of the most unique features of APEX is the integration with Stenograph's industry-leading court reporter software, CATalyst®, which now allows agencies to communicate with reporters directly through their CAT software. This state-of-the-art integration creates a seamless flow of data to increase the efficiency and ease of doing business for both reporter and agency. Reporters who connect to APEX through CATalyst Version 21.5 or later and create a free profile will gain various efficiencies, which adds up to a month of time saved annually and provides up to $5,000 a year in additional revenue opportunity for the court reporter. In addition, reporters who connect to APEX and join Stenograph's Loyalty Program can earn, on average, up to $400 in loyalty dollars a year to be used towards the purchase of Stenograph products and services such as writers, software, and Edge or Endurance contracts.
"APEX uses technology to bring efficiencies to agencies and reporters. Artificial Intelligence and machine learning are used to create efficiencies in scheduling, production, and distribution of the verbatim record," said Chris Page, Director of Product Management at Stenograph. "The APEX ecosystem will improve communications between agencies and reporters allowing more reporters access to more available jobs, while allowing agencies to find reporters and efficiently fulfill their open jobs."
