Steel Piles Installed to Support Pre-Fabricated Structure

Weeki Wachee, Florida, July 19, 2017 (Newswire.com) - A property owner on the Weeki Wachee River wanted to add a pre-built structure to their land but needed grading and a brand new foundation slab.  Chosen for their reputation, All Florida Ram Jack came in and graded foundation soils and installed 12 helical piles to support the new building.

Imagine wanting to add to an already beautiful landscape but needing foundation work done first.  That’s what happened with a landowner beside the Weeki Wachee River in Florida.  The ground needed to be compacted and strengthened before the weight of a prefabricated building could be added.  In lieu of this, the owner contacted All Florida Ram Jack to come in and evaluate the situation.

After proposing a satisfactory plan of action, Ram Jack graded the necessary soils and installed 12 helical new construction piles to support the to-be-built foundation.  In the end, the owner was pleased with the results and neighbors were glad Ram Jack’s work posed minimal disruptions to the environment.
