stackArmor Launches IoT Cloud Solutions Practice and Announces Texas Instruments Design Network Membership

stackArmor, a leading cloud automation and digital services provider, announced an Internet of Things (IoT) Cloud Solutions practice using the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud services platform.  stackArmor’s Cloud Solution Architects have developed and deployed an integrated solution and demonstration based on Texas Instruments (TI’s) SimpleLink™ dual-band CC1350 SensorTag kits, CC1350 LaunchPad™ Development Kit, and Sitara™ AM335x processor-based BeagleBone Black board, as well as the AWS IoT Gateway with real-time data display on a dashboard application. The IoT for Industrial, Automotive and a variety of other use cases represents a huge opportunity to deploy new, innovative and secure applications transforming entire industries.

“We are pleased to be part of the TI Design Network and developing with TI’s Sub-1 GHz sensor to cloud with Industrial IoT Gateway reference design demonstration at electronica 2016,” said Gaurav “GP” Pal, Principal, stackArmor.

We are excited that stackArmor selected BeagleBone Black and TI's SimpleLink platform to develop an end-to-end, sensor-to-cloud demonstration. The AM335x processor platform allows device manufacturers to experience even more scalability and greater performance paired with industry-leading RF, dual-band connectivity that is provided by the SimpleLink CC1350 wireless MCU. By leveraging all the software provided by TI for the Sitara processor family, developers will have a simpler design experience and speed their time to market.
