Stéphane Kossmann Opening Reception for Walking New York Exhibit

NYC, NY, October 12, 2015 (Newswire.com) - On October 22nd from 6-9pm, Galerie Mourlot, a leading art gallery specializing in graphic works by modern and contemporary artists, is hosting the opening reception for Stéphane Kossmann's Walking New York exhibit. The event will highlight the diversity of NYC through Stéphane's images of crowds and architecture, and emphasize the complex relationship between an artist and the object of study by bringing to light the interactions that take place between photographers and their human subjects.

Stéphane is a Parisian born French photographer who has received international recognition and appraisal for his work photographing celebrities at the Cannes Film Festival for the past 25 years. He has written two books, Black & White Carpet, and Observations sur les marches de Cannes (Observations on the Steps at Cannes), and his work has been displayed in galleries and at film festivals in the USA, France, Switzerland, England, and Spain.
