Online, June 11, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Spanish Vacation Rental added a 2nd apartment to their vacation rental business on the Costa del Sol. This La Cala de Mijas based business has a reputation of excellence, and has been rated as such by TripAdvisor.com and HomeAway.com. The first apartment is named Coral Reef Apartment, and the new apartment is named Sandy Beach Apartment. The layout is the same size, except they are mirror images of each other, and slightly different colors.
Sandy Beach apartment is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment, located 7 minutes walking distance from the "Blue Flag" rated beach of La Cala de Mijas. While it is situated on the 2nd floor, this will not stop anyone from visiting this modern apartment in the sun, as it has elevators from the underground garage to the apartment floor. The apartment itself is approximately 100 square meters, and has a 35 square meters terrace, with a sunny southern exposure.
Before this Mijas Costa based holiday letting apartment was placed on the market, new major additions are planned, and more details will follow shortly. As with Coral Beach Apartment, Sandy Beach Apartment will also feature a luxury Jacuzzi and high end furniture.
The reason for this latest purchase by Spanish Vacation Rental was that they had to turn down 190 interested parties in 2011, in their first year of operation, due to previous reservations. The addition of Sandy Beach Apartment will allow more availability in the calendar, the ability to host groups of up to 20 guests, and the option for a group to book part of the stay in one apartment, then move to the 2nd apartment to extend their stay.
