Mebane will oversee medical services for the nonprofit organization’s two divisions—child and adolescent services and adult services.  His responsibilities include quality assurance, continuing education, and professional development for the organization’s psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and registered nurses.

He has also held executive positions with United Behavioral Health, Ochsner Clinic in New Orleans, La., and the U.S. Air Force. He has experience in integrated health, utilization management, clinical management, quality improvement and much more. He is a Clinical Adjunct Professor at Banner University Medical Center, Psychiatry Residency Program and has received numerous awards for excellence, including two institutional Robert W. Carey awards.
