Southwest Florida Realtors Honor REfindly With Award During 2015 Trade Expo

The real estate technology team of REfindly awarded honors by Realtor Association of Greater Fort Myers and The Beach during 2015 Realtor Expo.

​For the second year in a row, the Estero-based real estate technology firm of REfindly has been honored by Southwest Florida Realtors participating in one of the region’s largest annual trade shows. During the 2015 Realtor Trade Expo recently hosted by The Realtor Association of Greater Fort Myers and The Beach, REfindly was distinguished with an award for  “Most Informative” of all participating vendors.

This year’s event attracted dozens of industry vendors and several hundred real estate professionals who convened at Harborside Convention Center for a 1970s-themed spectacle that included disco music, groovy lights and colorful bell-bottomed attire. Beyond the soundtracks and shenanigans, the expo allowed for serious business to be conducted too. For the REfindly team, the occasion prompted opportunity to provide professionals with increased insight into the integrated platform of enterprise software the company has solely created to serve agents, teams and brokers.

As a team of software developers versed in data parsing and heuristic programming, clients may not immediately appreciate talk about the technological aspects of our system, but they do respond to Realtors who converse about having more closings because of the technology.

 As REfindly Sales Director Scott Zavitz explains, “Our technology has proven to help professionals achieve more sales, save time, reduce operational costs and more effectively manage their business. We always look forward to events like this because it allows Realtors to get an up-close look at how this technology can improve their business.”

 Zavitz says the REfindly team conducted dozens of one-on-one demonstrations during the expo, and for some, it’s better to see the technology at work as opposed to only having a conversation about how it works. “Some can get confused when we start talking about how our IDX websites are integrated with a comprehensive back end CRM and lead generation platform, but it starts to make sense when they see how the system is designed to provide convenient property search capabilities for a user, whose details are then captured as a lead and automatically fed to the Realtor’s CRM, triggering agent’s ability to more quickly and frequently engage with the lead, retain all data and communication associated with that lead and devote more time to what they do best … selling.”

Zavitz says that while agents appreciate the improved ability to attract, track and convert leads into customers, Brokers are using the technology to not only attract new agents, but also to better track agents’ performance. “For Brokers or team leaders, the REfindly system provides means to quickly monitor and measure all manner of interactions between the agent and a customer which helps spare them from unnecessary expenditures of time, money and headache.”

As the company has done at other trade shows, the REfindly team relied on a bit of recruited help particularly adept at communicating and interacting with real estate professionals, in this case, other real estate professionals. “Our own clients have become some of our best sales staff,” explains REfindly Content Developer Bill Schiller. “As a team of software developers versed in data parsing and heuristic programming, clients may not immediately appreciate talk of the technological aspects of our system, but they do respond to Realtors who converse about having more closings because of the technology.”

REfindly earned similar honors for “Most Informative” during last year’s tradeshow. Earlier this year, the company also earned American Business Awards for “Innovation of the Year” and  “Technology Team of the Year.” Since launching in Estero less than three years ago, REfindly’s technology has been acquired by real estate professionals throughout America. Schiller says customers have largely derived from client referrals as well as Internet-based media platforms. “We’ve relied on Internet solutions the same way buyers do when searching for a new home, but events like the expo help us communicate more directly and immediately respond to questions,” says Schiller.

As for being awarded “Most Informative,” Zavitz expressed appreciation to expo organizers from The Realtor Association of Greater Fort Myers & The Beach. “We’re grateful to interact with professionals who want to better understand how our tools can help support them.
