South Shore Business Improvement District Hosts Staten Island's Biggest Restaurant Crawl
NEW YORK, August 3, 2023 (Newswire.com) - The South Shore Business Improvement District (BID) will host its Sixth Annual Taste of The Towns event on Sunday, August 13th, from 1 p.m.-5 p.m. The event will allow guests to sample food and beverage from 20 participating locations within the towns of Annadale, Eltingville, and Great Kills in Staten Island, New York. There will also be trolley service available to shuttle guests to and from each town.
There will be three trolleys available, which will run nonstop, to shuttle patrons from town to town and drop them off in central locations. Guests are encouraged to visit all the locations in one town and then hop on the trolley to be taken to the next. Of course, those who wish to use their own means of public or private transportation may do so as well.
Participating businesses include: Annadale Bakery, Annadale Terrace, District, The Pizza Parlor, Mona Lisa, Brooklyn Italian Heroes, Alfonso's Bakery, Campania, Joyce's Tavern, Holiday Beverage, Country Donuts, Arirang Hibachi Food Truck, Richmond Republic, Sofia's Taqueria, Flanagan's Tavern, Mimmo's Restaurant, Talk of the Town, Village Maria Pizza, Top Tomato and Nonna's Pizzeria.

To purchase tickets to the event, please visit www.SouthShoreBID.org. Tickets cost $30 in advance and $35 the day of the event only if it doesn't sell out. Ticket holders will receive a complimentary tasting at each participating location, a South Shore BID reusable shopping bag, and be granted access to the trolley.
There will be three separate registration locations where guests can check in: Richmond County Savings Bank in Annadale located at 820 Annadale Road, Richmond County Savings Bank in Eltingville located at 4523 Amboy Road, and Richmond County Savings Bank in Great Kills located at 3879 Amboy Road. Upon check-in, guests will be given a map highlighting participating locations as well as a coupon booklet to be used to redeem the complimentary tastings.
Guests will also be able to vote for their favorite participating location, and the winner will be presented with a "Best of The BID Award."
