SoftInWay Inc. Adds Bearing Design and Rotor Dynamics Modules to AxSTREAM Software Platform
Burlington, MA, August 19, 2015 (Newswire.com) - SoftInWay Inc. released two new modules for its industry-leading software platform, AxSTREAM – AxSTREAM Bearings and AxSTREAM RotorDynamics. AxSTREAM is used by hundreds of companies throughout the world for the design, redesign, and analysis of optimal turbomachinery. The newest additions to the platform have expanded SoftInWay’s engineering capabilities and shortened project time more than ever before.
“We are thrilled about this latest release”, said SoftInWay COO, Valentine Moroz, “The Bearings and RotorDynamics modules will play a key role in saving time and money, and improving safety across numerous industries including, Aerospace, Automotive, and Power Generation.”
AxSTREAM Bearings allows users to design and analyze detailed models of bearings for different configurations by performing steady-state, transient, and map analysis. The module’s capabilities produce results used in rotor dynamics analysis. AxSTREAM RotorDynamics performs this analysis of the firm and dynamic characteristics of rotating machinery.
The modules are fully integrated with each other, as well as into the AxSTREAM software platform, for seamless communication resulting in radically reduced project time and costs. The new modules are key to making improvements to the safety and performance of machine systems. Both modules consist of a user-friendly interface for easy operation and understanding, while providing fast and accurate results.
SoftInWay will be demonstrating the new software platform modules in its next free webinar on September 3rd. Registration is available at our website.
