Small Business SuccessMap - Marketing Consultancy Participant

Flemington, Victoria, Australia, January 9, 2015 (Newswire.com) - Small Business SuccessMap supports small business owners and managers to build their business planning and management capabilities and become more responsive to a changing business environment.
Small Business SuccessMap is a Victorian Government initiative that offers specialist assistance to small businesses seeking to grow and improve business resilience. The Victorian Government has committed $5 million to this program through to June 2016.
An independent business-planning specialist will work with successful businesses to assess their goals and objectives, and help them to develop and implement business and workforce plans.
They will conduct a strategic review to help improve the business’s planning processes and identify opportunities that will foster resilience and growth. The program is also designed to improve the management capabilities of businesses wanting to grow.
Businesses based in Victoria and employing between 5 and 50 staff are eligible to apply such as Next Marketing Agency.
Jo Macdermott has been closeley with the Bill Lang International group since November 2014 to substantially grow her business.
‘Bill Lang International and Next Marketing have undertaken a strategic review of the business to assist in developing business and workforce plans. Bill Lang International has also conducted a series of five monthly business-coaching sessions to help the business implement the plans and drive the Next Marketing Business growth.’ Macdermott says.
‘Bill Lang International at the completion of the business coaching sessions, will complete a final review of the business, focusing on the progress towards implementing the plans and identifying business outcomes achieved to date.’ Macdermott says.
‘The Next Marketing team has outgrown our cozy Moonee Ponds office in 2014’ Macdermott says.
‘One of the first actions discussed and executed was to move from a 5 person office in Moonee Ponds to a 30 person office in Flemington.’ Macdermott says.
‘Moving offices will allow the Next Marketing team to continue to grow, taking the next step to rapid expansion of our consultancy company’ Macdermott says.
