Six Platforms to Gather Gui'an's Innovation Resources

Based on the three southern data centers of China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom, relying on the specialized space of digital economic industrial park, electric data industrial park, big data town and maker town as carriers, focusing on the key technologies and core business of data storage, collection, processing, transaction and security, efforts should be made to actively introduce and establish big data innovation center including big data standard research and application promotion center, and big data security engineering and technological research center, and to construct big data specialized incubation platform relying on Baidu Innovation Center, Huayuan Big Data, and Jujia Big Data Assessment center.

Relying on the high-end equipment manufacturing industrial park and Foxconn Generation Four Green Industrial Park, emphasis will be put on the development of industries involving aerospace, intelligent equipment manufacturing, automobile spare parts manufacturing, environment protection equipment and medical apparatus and instruments manufacturing. By centering on commercial activities including animation production, micro film, virtual scene design and original movie and television, taking Taihao International Digital Cultural Industrial Park and Beidouwan VR Town as the main carriers, efforts should be made to create Taihao Eteng Mass Innovation and Entrepreneurship Space, and to promote the integrated development of culture, tourism and innovation and entrepreneurship. It aims to encourage and guide those who return to their rural hometown and who are willing to serve in rural areas, explore agricultural and countryside resources, and create home-style farms and forestry station, and innovate agricultural E-business mass innovation and entrepreneurship incubation model for the promotion of integrative development of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries.
