Simpay Appoints John Pfisterer as CFO

TREVOSE, Pa., August 12, 2024 (Newswire.com) - Simpay, a full-service provider of payments acceptance, payroll systems, and commercial insurance solutions for small, medium, and enterprise businesses, appoints John Pfisterer as the company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Mr. Pfisterer is a veteran corporate leader and financial executive who has worked with both large and small organizations. His background includes deep experience driving Mergers & Acquisitions, revenue growth, long-term financial wellness, stakeholder relations, and implementing common-sense financial controls.

About Mr. Pfisterer

Mr. Pfisterer was CFO for Paya and its predecessor for five years and helped lead the company’s sale in 2017. A financial services industry veteran, John began his career with Capital One in 1995 and spent eleven years with the company.  He has additional financial services experience with First National Bank of Omaha, as well as RBS/Citizens Bank.  Mr. Pfisterer received his BA and MBA at The College of William & Mary in Virginia.
