Shenoa.com is proud to announce the launch of their new improved design concept for their website of famous brand diamonds and exclusive jewelry. The newly engineered and designed website has implemented interactive dynamic navigation that allows customers to find items of their choice with greater speed and accuracy. Rudi Merom, the online Manager of Shenoa.com, designed the technology behind the system. It was engineered and managed by Elwyn Jones the IT director of Shenoa.com. Mr. Jones worked with a team of technical experts in ecommerce, and with the customer service applications team headed by Mike Barabash.

Shenoa & Co. focuses on selling retail diamond engagement rings and diamond stud earrings, among other diamond jewelry, an extremely competitive retail area.

"Online sites must realize that they must keep up with or surpass their competition. Thus, evolve or fall behind," says Jones. "The main focus was to give the consumer a new and better way of shopping," said Mr. Merom, "From a survey that we conducted with over 9,000 of our customers, we developed our new concept by listening to the customer and heeding their advise of 'what a customer likes in a good website'". It was found that the key to customer satisfaction in ecommerce sites stats with easier and more direct navigation. The new concept cuts the number of clicks that the customer is using in their search for an item to a minimum. At the same time the new design of the layout allow the customer to understand and located the merchandise of there choice with greater speed.

Mr. Merom and Mr. Jones are known for their unusual design and advanced concepts. Mr. Merom said that the secret is listening to thousands of customers and having the ability to put your finger on the features that the majority of people prefer. "Also, you must give each customer the feeling that they are unique as I believe they are," said Mr. Merom. In part of the ongoing development process, Shenoa.com, also known as Shenoadiamonds.com, constantly invites customers, both current and potential, to participate in surveys and express suggestions, allowing insight for future ongoing development. "We appreciate our customers' advice and we try to give back to the customer. It's beneficial to both us and our customers," continues Mr. Merom. "From the first feedback that we have received from our customers, and surprisingly from our competition, the opinions are very highly regarded."

To generate more, Shenoa has incorporated various information pages, news articles and educational videos in to the website. Recently added, with the new design, is a new Diamond Education Center featuring education video clips, courtesy of GIA, the leading company for diamond certification. To interest visitors, various interesting and even bizarre diamond articles are posted in the news center. "Customers appreciate the news, the entertainment, and especially the educational information," concludes Mr. Merom.
