She Has a Voice: Project Awareness

Television host and superstar Randy Persaud unpacks a fabulous roster of celebrities, professionals and artists. Speakers will tackle tough issues reveal and share their personal struggles, challenges and the strategies they have used to overcome them. ​​​​She Has a Voice interactively and informatively rallies women and youth with a focus on mental health and awareness! She Has a Voice bridges the gap of resources and services with many issues facing women and youth by advocating for and supporting young women and their parents in an interactive and collaborative way.

Television host and superstar Randy Persaud unpacks a fabulous roster of celebrities, professionals and artists including Corey Dixon, actor and former star of Degrassi; Elyse Saunders, country music star just back from Nashville; Norma Nicholson, Peel Police services board member and author of Young Lives on the Line: You can make a difference; Tina Cole, Mama Swag; and Maureen TabuchiTabuchi Law.

Speakers will tackle tough issues reveal and share their personal struggles, challenges and the strategies they have used to overcome them. Topics to be covered include

  • Challenges with anxiety, suicide, and side effects of prescription medication;
  • Growing up in a broken home and overcoming adversity;
  • The criminal justice system and incarcerated youth;
  • Amicable separation and divorce;
  • Turning your dreams into a reality;
  • The music business;
  • The story of a childhood bride: promised a land of opportunity of riches only to become a slave abused in the confines of her home:

Project Awareness also comprises of a: Fashion show with Nana Couture, Newest accessories will be showcased.Prom dress drive for girls struggling financially so they too can have a beautiful gown on their special day.
